Not at all. Breathwork is for everyone. You’ll be guided gently through each step, and we’ll move at a pace that feels safe and supportive, whether you’re brand new or experienced.

Everyone experiences it differently. Some feel energized, others reflective, calm, or clear. It’s common to feel physical sensations or shifts of tension energy realign. You’re always in control of the process.

Effective breathwork interventions support greater parasympathetic tone, which can counterbalance the high sympathetic activity intrinsic to stress and anxiety. It helps regulate the nervous system, bringing your body out of the fight-or-flight response. It creates space in the mind, calms overthinking, and leaves many feeling more grounded and emotionally balanced.

Bring a yoga mat or blanket, water, and an open mind. Wear comfy clothes and come hydrated. Most importantly, bring a willingness to simply breathe and let go.

Most people can practice safely, but if you’re pregnant or have certain medical conditions, we’ll adjust or use gentler breath techniques. You’ll always be encouraged to listen to your body first.
